Martin is the co-head of our firm's real estate and construction practice group. He has worked extensively in this area for more than 15 years, advising clients on all legal aspects of the real estate business.

Martin and his team have broad expertise and experience on complex real estate transactions for both the seller and buyer side, including due diligence.

Martins’ practice furthermore includes advice on real estate development projects of all asset classes beginning with the purchase of the land, to the building and sale of the property and all civil and public law related issues (including permits).

Martin also specializes in commercial and private lease law – he provides comprehensive advice on lease and rental agreements with all relevant legal issues. He regularly represents real estate developers on general real estate law.

Martin teaches real estate management at the University for Applied Sciences for Management and Communication in Vienna. He is president of the Real Estate Commission of AIJA, the International Association of Young Lawyers.

Martin speaks German, English and Dutch.
