Marija Križanac has worked for Graf & Pitkowitz since 2013 and was admitted to the Bar in 2017. She is a data protection expert holding national and international certifications (CIPP/E, CIPM, TÜV Austria Certification as Data Protection Officer) and co-leader of our data protection practice group. Marija Križanac has been advising well-known clients for many years now, i.a. in matters concerning data protection law, and has supported a large number of clients – from small and medium-sized enterprises to large corporations – in the implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation.

In addition to her legal practice, she is an author of numerous specialist publications. She is part of the renowned author team of the practice commentary ‘Der DatKomm’, published by MANZ, which is one of the standard works of data protection legal literature.

Further specializations of Marija are in the field of intellectual property/IP&IT, competition and antitrust law as well as corporate law/M&A.

Marija speaks German, English and Croatian/Bosnian/Serbian and is a member of the IAPP.
